22HBG designed and implemented a high-performance public web portal, flanked by an advanced management dashboard, creating an integrated system for enhancing urban commercial offerings.

Showcase portal for real estate and businesses

We developed a modern, accessible, responsive site that serves as a digital showcase of the downtown area.
Key features:

• Visualization of available space for economic activities (stores, offices, premises, etc.);

• Detailed fact sheets for each property, with photos, description, geographic location, and contact information;

• Direct interaction with local real estate agencies and planned synergy with the Idealista portal;

• System ready to support promotional actions, calls and public incentives.

Management dashboard for sponsoring entities

To support the initiative, a confidential dashboard was created for content management and monitoring of project dynamics.
Features include:

• Listing and updating of properties on the market;

• Access control and differentiated roles for operators;

• Statistics on interest generated and user interactions;

• Supporting the socio-economic impact assessment of the project, in collaboration with Nomisma and Patrigest.

A digital project for real impact

Thanks to 22HBG’s intervention, Mestre Next was able to equip itself with a concrete tool to:

• Centralize and enhance the commercial offerings of the city center;

• Make information about available spaces transparent and accessible;

• Encourage investment and new openings;

• Support institutions in reading and managing spatial dynamics.
